'Cats' are independent and harder to read, while 'dogs' are eager to please and more expressive. By recognising these traits in your prospects, you can adjust your approach to better meet their needs and preferences. For example, a 'cat' might require more subtlety and patience, whereas a 'dog' might respond better to enthusiasm and direct engagement.
